About Abby
Before founding Senior Living With Abby, I worked in television production, helping bring stories to life both behind and in front of the camera. Over the years, my career evolved into senior living, community outreach, coaching, and family engagement, where I gained a deep understanding of the questions, emotions, and decisions families face when searching for the right care and support.
It was through those experiences that I noticed something important.
Many organizations serving older adults provide exceptional care and service, but struggle to communicate what truly makes them different. Their websites often highlight features and amenities, while the people, purpose, and moments that build trust remain untold.
That's why I created the StoryBoard Experience™.
The StoryBoard Experience™ combines thoughtful interviewing, authentic storytelling, and professional video production to help organizations share who they are in a way that feels genuine, approachable, and memorable. Rather than simply creating videos, my goal is to uncover the stories that help families feel connected before they ever make the first phone call.
Whether I'm working with a senior living community, residential care home, home care agency, elder law attorney, financial planner, or another organization serving older adults, my approach is always the same: listen first, discover what makes you unique, then tell your story in a way that reflects the heart of your work.
